Paul Dial has been in the construction business over 35 years. After retiring from the construction business he began Dial’s Inspections in 2003 and has completed over 2,500 inspections.

Dial is certified in both residential and commercial inspections and does inspections all over North Central Florida, including inspections for Federal, HUD and FHA agencies.

 

 Paul has completed the home inspection course with NACHI (Inter-National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), The Florida Home Inspectors Association in Jacksonville, FL. as well as the Commercial Inspection Course with ITA at Kaplan Schools in Tampa, Florida.  Certified with both Home and Commercial Certifications.   He has a State of Florida License HI #1804 and is insured.  He is also a member of the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Live Oak.

Paul is certified with NACHI to do Wind Mitigation.  He is also a member in good standing with the Inter-National Association of Home Inspectors, the World’s largest home inspection association.   He is required to pass the Inter-NACHI’s Inspection Examination once a year.  He has completed the Inter-NACHI’s Code of Ethics course and has a signed affidavit on file with Inter-NACHI.  He fulfills 24 hours of continuing education each year. He is also qualified to do insurance inspections for State owned Citizen’s Insurance.

The Florida Counties we do most of our inspections in but not limited to are: Columbia ( Lake City, Fort White) Suwannee (Live Oak, Branford), Hamilton (Jasper, Jennings and White Springs) Madison (Madison), Lafayette (Mayo).  We are located in North/Central Florida but we are qualified to do inspections anywhere in the State of Florida.
